Bliss on the beach.
How does a flow of guided movement that brings you to a state of bliss on the sands of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world constitute dharma?
Simple. It’s donated-based!
Dharma is a concept both in Hinduism and Buddhism and there are many interpretations of the term.
In Indic traditions, Dharma is a concept that includes multiple aspects, including ethics, duty, cosmic order, law, and the spiritual path.
Our Studio Yooga family connects to this concept and practice through our understanding that while we have so very much to both be thankful for and to offer, there are those who can only offer so much.
Donation-based yoga is really beautiful in this way. It is an incredibly welcoming and accepting place where the deep bonds that are the foundation of a healthy community can be created.
People that practice together create peace together. It is a truly unifying space that dissolves perceived boundaries and generates a beautiful sense of connection to the world around you.
We have multiple Dharma offerings to choose from. Wednesday’s we offer Rise & Shine Sun Salutations on the beach, at 7:30am. Saturday’s we offer a sunset class, check out our schedule weekly as the time is coordinated on the setting of the sun, which shifts throughout the year.
Meet us at the bench on Access 5!
See you on the sand!
